We do not contact your client for any information. However, in the event that you need us to do so to assist your processes, we are happy do white label that process for you.
We assign a personal project manager for you as your single point of contact to help you with the project and tasks that you have to complete.
If your client has an existing site, we do request that they have the ability on their hosting provider to set up a staging environment for us to work in. Upon approval of the design, we will then help you to push it to the live version of the website design.
We do offer highly scaled website hosting solutions. We do encourage you to look into utilizing them as we are familiar with the server stacks and can ensure that your client's sites are performing to optimal performance, thus resulting in a much happier client.
Every design is unique in its requirements in regards to the time to complete. However, for a basic website with maybe 2 contact forms, and a 5 page site, usually the turnaround time is approximately two weeks. This, obviously, is dependent upon if you have all the content that is required to complete the design.
